Maps tell the story of Advent and a great way to share the Gospel at Christmas
Maps that tell the story of Advent
This is such a fun video as it shows you the progression of how God moved through history to prepare the world for the birth of Jesus. Check out the video below:
A free handout that makes it easy to share the gospel at Christmas
You can either use the handout featured here to give out to visitors at a church service, or you can use it as an insert in a Christmas letter.
Either way, it works well as an explanation of what Christmas is really all about. In the video below I read it to you and the link is below the video.
In case you missed these important lessons about the Trinity…..
As I was deciding what to talk about first as I update my Bible805 website and this newsletter, I realized that the most important thing would be to talk about our extraordinary God.
As I teach and interact with people in my Bible classes, I’ve found many are confused about the Trinity and so I decided to revise and update my lessons on the Trinity that many have found helpful. These are not hard-to-understand, theological puzzles!
I don’t think God intentionally tries to confuse us, particularly about who He is, but many people simply don’t take the time to look in the Bible and explore what it clearly teaches. This series of lessons does that.
The links to the lessons that follow include:
a podcast on it (new podcast host with transcript immediately available!)
a video of the PowerPoint presentation of the lesson–if you want to just jump to the videos, go to www.YouTube.com/Bible805
a PDF of Handouts that include the detailed notes and questions for the lesson
In addition to the lessons, I just published a book on Amazon with beautifully illustrated quotes about the Trinity. If you’d like a FREE PDF download of it (it’s supposed to be for a review, but you can just keep it), the link to that is below also.
